Initial Consultation – $49
Virtual telehealth visit with a licensed provider. Includes review of your goals and evaluation for treatment eligibility. For the NEWYEAR, If eligible for treatment, $49 dollar consultation fee will be applied toward your comprehensive assessment fee.
Comprehensive Assessment – $149
Virtual detailed telehealth evaluation, review of lab work, and development of a personalized treatment plan.Monthly Follow-Up – $129
Virtual telehealth progress review, medication refills, and plan adjustments to keep you on track.Lab (at start of treatment & every 4-6 months)
Virtual telehealth visit at 6 months includes lab work for review of your health markers.
Additional costs may apply for labs and prescription medications.
